Are all listings verified?
Yes. Our team checks the ownership papers and visits every property before it goes live. Look for the "Verified" mark on each listing.
How do I book a viewing?
Open the property, press "Book a Viewing", choose a day and time and send. Your agent calls you to confirm — usually within a few hours.
Which documents should I check before buying?
The title deed, mutation (namjari), latest land tax receipt, approved building plan and — for apartments — the land-owner/developer agreement. Our agents help you check them.
Can you help me get a home loan?
Yes. Use the loan calculator on any property and press "Help me get a loan". We work with several banks and will compare offers for you.
Selling
How do I list my property?
Press "List Your Property", add the details and photos and send. We check it and publish it, usually within one working day.
How much does it cost to sell with Domora?
Listing is free. We charge a service fee only when the deal is completed; the rate is agreed in writing first.
How do I know the right price for my home?
Ask for a free valuation. A local expert compares recent sales nearby and calls you with a realistic price within one working day.
Renting
What do I need to rent a flat?
A national ID, a recent photo and usually two months' advance. Some owners also ask for a job or business reference.
Is the service charge included in the rent?
Not usually. Each listing shows the monthly service charge separately so you know the full cost.

Do you work outside Dhaka?
Yes — we have listings and agents in Chattogram and Sylhet and partner agents in other cities.
